Returns & Refund Policy

WHAT’S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

Our returns policy is simple and hassle-free. If you’re not completely satisfied with your new gymwear you have up to 30 days to request a refund. 

All we ask is that your order must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packing.

Simply contact us at email@progressionactivewear.com and tell us the reason for your return, along with your order number, and we’ll give you instructions on how and where to send your package.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

We’ve extended our returns policy so you can shop stress-free over the festive period. As well as our standard returns policy, all purchases from the 31st October to the 24th December 2023 can be returned for a refund until the 31st January 2024.

WHAT ABOUT DAMAGES & FAULTY ITEMS?

If your new gymwear is faulty, has any damage or you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as you can and we’ll resolve it for you.

WHAT ABOUT EXCHANGES?

Unfortunately we’re not able to offer product exchanges at this time. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We’ll notify you once your refund has been processed. You’ll receive funds back to your original payment method within a few days.
