COVID-19

Yes, we're pleased to say that we're still operating as normally as we can. However there may be some slight delays with delivery that are outside of our control due to the pandemic. We would also recommend that you request deliveries where somebody will be able to recieve it such as a home address, rather than a business address.

We are trying to, but there may be delivery delays that are outside of our control.

ORDERS

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order we are unable to make any changes, these include:

Changing the item or size
Delivery / billing address
Adding items to your order
Shipping method

If you input the incorrect address at the checkout we are unable to change it and can't be held responsible if it goes missing. We are also not liable to replace or refund the order.

A confirmation email containing your unique Order ID is automatically sent to you once you have completed your order. (Remember to check your spam or junk folder for the email confirmation if you have not received it)

Once your order has been processed and shipped by our warehouse you will be emailed a tracking number to track your delivery (this is different to your Order Number).

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse.  All orders are processed Monday to Friday before 7pm GMT.  If you place an order on Friday it will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).

Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by our carriers and delivered to you.

Orders to the UK, US & Australia will take 6 - 12 days to reach you once they have left our warehouse.

Worldwide orders will take 10 - 20 days once they have left our warehouse.

Please contact us immeditately if you have recieved the wrong item. We will need the following information and will resolve this for you as quickly as we can:

Your order number
Name / colour / size of item you did not receive
Name of item you received in its place
A clear photograph of the item you have received

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you have received incorrect / missing items.

Unfortunately, once you have placed your order it is not possible to change the delivery address.

Our standard UK delivery is £1.99. Delivery is free on orders over £30

WORLDWIDE DELIVERY

Our standard Worldwide delivery is £2.99. Delivery is free on orders over £30

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Worldwide orders will take 12 - 20 days once they have left our warehouse.

Once your order has been processed and left our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number to follow the delivery. This will be sent to the email address that you provided us with. Please allow 24 hours after you receive your tracking number for the carrier to update your delivery details.

If you haven't received your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order please contact us.

Orders may need to clear customs in your country.  In most cases this won't affect you, however please be aware of any import duties, taxes or customs charges as these charges could be incurred.

We are not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs departments in your country.  These are additional costs or delays that may occur during international trade.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to send us the receipt or proof of purchase.

Tell us the reason for your return and your order number and we will give you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
