HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our warehouse. All orders are processed Monday to Friday before 7pm GMT. If you place an order on Friday it will be processed the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Once your order has been processed it will be picked up by our carriers and delivered to you.
Orders to the UK, USA & Australia will take 8 - 12 days to reach you once they have left our warehouse.
Worldwide orders will take 12 - 20 days once they have left our warehouse. (please see below for a list of worldwide destinations that we ship to).
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Once your order has been processed and left our warehouse you will be sent a tracking number to follow the delivery. This will be sent to the email address that you provided us with. Once you receive the tracking number please leave 24 hours for the carrier to update your tracking information.
If you haven't received your tracking number within 7 days of placing your order please contact us.
